What is a Baseline
A baseline is a standard for comparisons, a reference for measuring progress in improving a process, usually to differentiate between a current state and a future state.
Orlando is a senior Programmer specializing in automating business processes using Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Excel with advanced VBA.
He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, where besides the core requirements for Political Science, he also completed advanced work in Statistics, Economics, Calculus and Mathematics.
Orlando has also attended MBA classes at Pace University, New York, where he continued advanced studies in Statistics and Economics.
